Intermittent reception on WhatsApp calls and video

I am having exactly the same problem as Raminderjit2020 with friends and family complaining that the reception on WhatsApp voice and video calls from me is constantly interrupted.

I have updated WhatsApp, I have checked all settings and turned off phone completely and restarted. I have not done a factory reset as I gather that this did not work for Raminderjit2020.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

This is not an iPhone problem. It’s either your Cellular Network or Wi-Fi or the app has a bug
