WhatsApp calls not ringing on my iPhone 13 Pro Max

Hello, my iPhone 13 Pro Max seems to regularly miss calls from WhatsApp. When people call me via WhatsApp video (also audio) my phone just doesn’t ring even though it’s:

-not on silent

-has the volume turned all the way up

-notifications are turned on

Both WhatsApp and my phone have the latest updates installed, and I’ve had this issue occur regardless of whether the phone is in low power mode or not. I only know people have tried to call me when I receive a flurry of messages from them asking me why I ignore them, and I have to explain to them that I’m having this issue.
