My wife is using Iphone 11 pro. Problem is when ever someone calls on her phone there is always a ‘ Busy tone’ and just an ‘ incoming notification’ is received on her cell.
Calls through WhatsApp is received as usual.
Please help

Cellular voice service is provided by your cellular voice provider. They would be the appropriate folks to contact at this point to get this resolved. It may be possible that she just doesn't have her phone configured correctly to accept incoming calls.
