My Apple account has been disabled

Apple has disable my account because we are disputing $1100 in in app purchase s all made in few days in March by our 6 yr old. We did not know about it until our credit card bills came in . We have spent numerous hours on the phone to Apple trying to get this sorted and they have refused to dismiss the payments . They have not disable iTunes on us

Please note that almost nobody posting here works for Apple, we're just users like you, trying to help others. Even those few who do work for Apple will just direct you to the same resources since they do not directly handle customer issues. We use our familiarity with Apple products and support documents to advise you but there is nothing we can actually do for you. I presume you have started some kind of formal procedure with Apple? If all you do is stop payment on a card then all Apple knows is you are defaulting on payments and will disable your account until you pay what is owed.

Normally what you do is pay what is owed and then request a refund. To "Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple" click on this link --> https://support.apple.com/HT204084
