Hi nuorilong,

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand you'd like to transfer all your data except for your photos to your new iPhone, and we'd like to assist. If you have iCloud Photos turned on, then your photos aren't stored in the backup. So if you use an iCloud backup to transfer your data, you'll just need to make sure the iCloud Photos feature is off to prevent all your photos from syncing from iCloud.

Here's how to transfer your data:

Use iCloud to transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

So you'll want to make sure iCloud Photos is turned on when you backup your old iPhone. This prevents photos from being included in the backup. Then after you transfer your data to your new iPhone, you'll want to make sure iCloud Photos is turned off so it doesn't sync your photos from iCloud to your phone.

  • On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos

Another option would be to backup up all your photos to a computer and then delete them off your iPhone prior to creating a backup of your old phone. Here's how:

Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

We hope this helps.

Take care.
