What is Apple TV Error Code (5) & (-3905)

I have been having trouble connecting my Apple TV (2nd or 3rd Generation) to my wifi.

Before the problem was that when I was watching Netflix, sometimes the video would cut out.

I have asked my internet provider to test and reset the wifi and on my other devices it works out fine.

Yet as I scroll through the network settings in my Apple TV, it seems to go in and out of my wifi.

When I try to connect it to the original or my stronger 5g wifi it shows these error codes: (5) & (-3905) and says it has trouble connecting to the wifi.

Is this a problem with range, hardware, or my internet? I do not know, I hope someone can provide me some insight.
