Adding a Signiture to PDF Doc via Mac Mini M1

I have a Mac Mini M1 variant which does not show an option of adding a signature to a PDF file via my iPhone in Preview. It simply shows only the options of adding via the track pad or sight camera, both of which I do not have.

I have been able to complete the task through mail on my phone, but it would be convenient to carry out the same function via my Mac Mini.
