My iPhone 7 Plus vibrates non stop whenever I connect earphones in

my iPhone 7 Plus vibrates non stop whenever I connect earphones in, it also has to be connected through Bluetooth for music to play and when it’s like that, I can’t lower the volume because it goes back to maximum then I cannot listen to music because it’s too loud, is there an alternative way to listen to music through earphones without connecting to Bluetooth?

Hi Patricia1541,

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We'd like to assist. We understand your iPhone vibrates when your headphones are connected and you're unable to control the volume when connected via Bluetooth. What make and model of headphones do you have? Are you running the latest version of iOS, 14.5.1?

You may want to unpair and pair your Bluetooth headphones again by following the steps in this article:

If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted

Take care.
