Can’t sign into FB on my ipad

I continue to get error code 1 when trying to sign in although I can sign in on my Mac and my IPhone using the same credentials. I removed FB and reinstalled but I continue to have the problem. I am running iPadOS 14.4.2. The earlier suggestions are not helpful.

Alright try this;

Go to settings.
Scroll down to reset.
Select reset network settings.
Follow any prompts and confirm.
Repeat steps 1 and 2.
Select reset location and privacy.
Follow any prompts and confirm.
Try signing into Facebook.

Please note: This will reset your network and location & privacy settings, you will need to re-connect to any wireless internet routers again.

As of yesterday, 14.5.1. It made no difference. I still get the same message.

I have provided all of this information to the app developers a couple of days ago, but have gotten no response back.

This didn't make any difference, but I appreciate your help. I guess I just won't use my Ipad for FB.
