Getting Error: Art - This field is Required when submitting new podcast

Your image's file size is far too large at 1.4MB: it need to be less than 500kB. However even when you've corrected you will probably still have difficulties. There are ongoing problems at Podcasts Connect which are causing some people to have the problem you describe, even with a compliant image. Apple are aware and are working on it. There isn't really anything you can do about it except keep trying.

Apple is going through some issues with Podcasts Connect - be patient. I have waited 2 weeks now for one show and although I have decided to just wait and see - another show submitted fine within 3-4 days. Just put in a ticket and wait. Follow Rogers advice

Hello, which image is too large? The main image or the images of every episode?

All images must fit the parameters:

Minimum 1400 x 1400px, maximum 3000 x 3000 px (recommended) and square.

RGB, no alpha channel

JPG or PNG

File size less than 500kB.
