Show password in login screen

Is there a way to change my systems preferences to allow me to see my password as I type it when logging into my MacBook Pro? Logging into the computer I use for work is usually pretty arduous because I can’t see my password to check for errors. It usually takes me at least 5 or 6 tries. Once logged in, most websites give me the option to show my password as I type it so that I don’t have to deal with this.

It seems like a simple enough accessibility thing to be able to see what I’m typing in the login screen, but I can’t find anything like that in my settings.

For clarification: my work requires me to have a typed password so, workaround suggestions are good ideas but unhelpful as I’ve already brought them to my work and they have not been accepted.
