I’ve researched multiple ways to do this and it won’t work on my watch. I need to free up space so my watch will update and work correctly with my phone again. When I press on one to delete it, they start to jiggle but there is no X there so that I can delete it. I’ve tried via the watch app on my phone as well and it won’t work that way either. Help!

I just did that and that may eventually work. But right now my apps still won’t delete directly on the watch and when I go to the watch app on my phone to try to do it there it goes straight to the update page and when I try to get out of that, the only option is to reset my phone to factory settings. Is that what I should do?
Do you have screen time enabled?.
I reset my watch and now it won’t pair back up with my phone. It’s says it will resume when connected to WiFi but it is connected!
