Yes.

But only depending on what iPad year and model you have.

What year and model iPad do you have/own?

The “A” model number can be found on aluminium back of your iPad in small print right under the larger bold print “iPad”.

What iOS/iPadOS version is this iPad, currently, running?

If your iPad is too old, this may not be possible.

Yes. You can use a 30pin, Lightning or USB-C adapter depending on the model of iPad:

Apple 30-pin Digital AV Adapter - Apple

Lightning Digital AV Adapter - Lightning to HDMI - Apple

USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter - Apple

Also, if your TV supports Airplay 2, you can mirror the screen wirelessly: link-> Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror your device’s screen - Apple Support

Scroll down to the section titled "Airplay 2 enabled TVs and devices" here: link-> Apple TV App and Airplay 2 enabled TVs and devices - Devices - Apple

If you own a 2011/2012 iPad 2 or 3 model, then you may not be able to purchase the genuine Apple 30-pin to HDMI adapter, any longer.

That adapter has not been stocked/sold by Apple in years.

Also, most third party versions of these adapters, usually found on Amazon, do not work and most are non-working Apple counterfeit products.

The old 30-pin adapter appears to be sold out for delivery from the Apple Store.
As far as I have been aware, Apple stopped selling and stocking this 30-pin adapter many years, ago.

This is true. It's up to them whether they want to try to find one from a third party vendor and see if it works, but the option exists.

Used Original Apple ones can also be found in Ebay. Though again, buyer beware.
