Bluetooth connection

Hi there, I just bought iPhone 12 Pro but I can’t connect it to my headphone by Bluetooth. I’ve tried many times and many ways, I reset my headphone, deleted its pair with my old iPhone and laptop, turn on/off the Bluetooth settings many times but it not work. The new iPhone can’t find my headphone Bluetooth! (My headphone is WH-XB700 Sony), I’m so upset! Please help me!
