I recent got a new car machine running Android 10 with a wireless dongle for carplay.
I noticed there’s a 1-2 delay audio delay.
i asked the manufacturer, he said audio delay using wireless is a normal thing.
is that true? Is there anyway I can fix it?

Given the device, it may be typical. You are posting this in the iPhone forums, but you are using an Android device. So, contact the manufacturer of your phone to see what they have to say.

Use as is:
I don't use an Android device. So, best I can say it is probably the Android device itself being a little slow, not meeting up to the speed of that which your car operates. If such is the case, I'd say you're fine.

Out of Curiosity:
As for the audio here: Is it music? OR is it video? If it is video then lip-sync is the issue here. Of course, any movie can have bloopers like that. Typically you lip-sync be an issue that when playing videos off of YouTube. I just don't see how it can be an issue when it comes to music/books being played.
