Iphone 11 keeps restarting with the spin wheel and then apple logo after I unlock my phone

Hi, my phone keeps on restarting everytime I unlock it. I see my home screen and the apps are grey for about 1 second before it goes to the black screen with spinning wheel, later the apple logo. I cannot get into my phone now because it keeps doing that. Anyone know what to do?
