After updating watchOS to 7.4.1 my stand ring shows 9/12 altough there are 12 active stand bars below.
At the end of the day, my stand ring was complete, but today it isn't.
I tried to restart my iphone and my watch, but with no result.

At the end of the day it was all complete, and now it only shows 9/12 for that day.
It didn't work. :(
Next thing is unpair and re-pair and setup as new.
It might sound funny but wave your arms a bit more,this has worked for some in the past.
Try restarting your phone and watch.
