My Mac Book Pro upgraded to macOS Big Sur 11.3 and left a relocated items folder on the Desktop. Should I delete it or ignore it

My Mac Book Pro upgraded to macOS Big Sur 11.3 and left a relocated items folder on the Desktop. The folder contains a message from apple and 3 sub folders "Configuration, Private, group.system_default" none of which I can open. Should I just leave kit where it is, or should I attempt to delete it ?
