I have a MacBook Pro (Retina 13 inch mid 2014). I have repeatedly tried to update to Mac OS Big Sur 11.3.1. Every time I do it runs and then stops saying that it "failed to download. Check internet connection." My internet connection is fine. Is there a fix?

It is a download issue, not an upload issue.
Try an alternative faster Network or Ethernet cable connection or try again later.
