Thanks for the update and clarification on this.

We'd recommend removing the account by going to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Tap the name of this account > Delete Account. Once you've removed the account, add it back to your iPhone and make sure Calendar is selected to sync with your iPhone. For assistance with this, take a look at the following resource:

If you see that this doesn't help to connect the account to Calendar, you may want to reach out to the administrator of your company email to see if they're aware of what may be preventing this.
