Generic printer driver gone in Big Sur?

I'm connecting a Zebra printer for use with a terminal emulator to print collection labels (for Covid testing). I need a generic printer driver since all formatting is performed on the server and then passed through the emulator to the printer. The Generic driver seems to have gone away, it was referenced in another post in 2019, so I'm assuming it disappeared in an update since then.

I got it to work using the Okidata 9 pin driver, which I figured was pretty close to Generic, but wondered if I just am missing the Generic driver, since I'd prefer it.

Thanks!
