HDMI which I use as a 3rd monitor stopped working on Mac Mini (Intel)

Whenever my Mac went to sleep and I powered it back up, the HDMI to my 3rd monitor would stop working. I would unplug the HDMI from back uf mac and plug it back in. When I would do that the monitor would come back on and I could use 3 monitors again. Now it happened and I can not get the monitor to come back on. I have verified it is not cables or monitors by switching those around and I have even restarted the mac. Seemed to get worse after latest update... Running Big Sur 11.3.1

There has been a display handshake issue with multiple displays as far back as macOS 10.14.

What I do for a work around instead of unplugging/plugging, is use a Hot Corner setup to Sleep Displays. Then if and when a display fails to light up, I quickly re-sleep all displays using the Hot Corner and re-wake them.

edit: by the way, that’s a nice set you have there.
