My iTunes isn't updating my phone

My phone is "stuck" and it won't update when I connect it to iTunes. Is it just slow or could I try another option?

You can update it over a Wi-Fi network by going to Settings/General/Software Update. The phone must have a good Wi-Fi connection, be plugged in or over 50% charge, and not in low power mode.
