hello,im trying to update my macbook air 2015 model,i have the 10.13.6 version now.and when im click on update i see this messege

what can i do?

then it could be a problem with the OS and might need a reinstall.

it looks like you might have a dns problem on your network. As it’s not rendering the App Store correctly. If this isn’t the case it could be the computer it’s self
