How to Adjust display easier for my eye!

My eye sign looks like getting bad. How can I adjust the display to make my eye easier? I almost use the Macbook Pro almost 10 hours every day!

Eye strain (pain) can't work Hi briefly about the problem: I can't work with my MacBook Pro M1 for a long time because I have eye pain. I had the same problem with my iPhone and in the settings I turned on "Reduce Whitepoint" and this helped me. On MacOS I can't find this option and yes I tried to turn on the Night Shift, True Tone, Color Calibration (this all didn't help me). I hope somebody can give me some terminal command to Reduce Whitepoint like on iPhone or give some color settings like on the iPhone. This problem is only with a Retina Display, any other displays are fine. Please, don't say the same things as I got before (like, turn on Night Shift or go to Color Calibration, this doesn't help) I hope somebody helps me, because I have this problem more than 4-5 month.

Just bought the apple imac 24inch with mi chip I find it is not suitable for my eyes can anyone help Just bought the apple iMac with m1chip the screen resolution is hurting my eyes advice pleas

Eye Strain MacBook Pro I just purchased a MacBookPro with Retina Display. I have been feeling eye strain for the first time ever using computers, iPad, iPhone, etc. with this new screen. It's quite striking and clear that there is a connection between looking at the new screen and having these first time eye issues. It appears that some few folks do experience this. Any answers out there as to why this might happen to some people? I am typing this on my old computer, (a MacBook Pro without Retina Display) which doesn't give me this issue at all.
