My iPhone is not connecting to my Tcl tv and I’ve tried everything

I don’t know what I am doing wrong they both are on the same internet signal and when I tap screen mirroring all it does is circle

Samsung tv mirroring I have a Samsung tv and when I try to watch from iPhone 12 Pro to tv it plays about 5 minutes then just drops out network?? Any help would be much appreciated.

Apple TV will not contact to any network Apple TV will not connect to network despite tv beside it connecting. phone and iPad also. neither wifi or Ethernet

you can use this guide to troubleshoot your AirPlay issues If AirPlay or screen mirroring isn’t working on your device - Apple Support.
