Thank you Jack. But it didn’t work.
Try a hard rest, or connect it to your laptop and download a new software for your i pad and restore it from there.
make sure you set it up as a new ipad and don't use a back up, hope this helps.
All those steps were in the article I linked, so if it didn't work, it didn't work.
