when I go on to TikTok I have no sound

We see that you don't have any sound when accessing TikTok, and we'd like to see how we can help with this.


We'd first recommend that you check the Ring/Silent switch to see if the iPhone may be on vibrate or silent mode when you experience this. For information on what we're referring to, we'd recommend taking a look at the following resource:


How to put your iPhone on vibrate, ring, or silent mode


If you see that the iPhone isn't in silent or vibrate mode, you'll want to check for an update in the App Store for TikTok. If you need assistance with updating apps, take a look at this resource:


How to manually update apps on your Apple device


If neither of these help, you can try removing and adding the app to see if that clears up what is occurring. Lastly, if removing and downloading the app doesn't clear this up then you'll want to reach out to the developers of TikTok so they can look into this since it's isolated to TikTok.
