Trade In - Incorrectly Says Expired
Hi,
My trade in expires on 13th May. (It is currently 8th May).
Clicking on the link to "add details and send trade in" takes me to a page that says "Your Apple Trade In has expired. Your trade in has been cancelled because you did not schedule a pickup appointment within 14 days of initiating your trade in"
This is incorrect.
Can't call Apple as it's "out of hours". Obviously I will call on Monday when they open but this is frustrating - looking to see if anyone else has had this issue and how easy/hard it was to resolve when you were able to speak to someone.
