2015 Logitech create backlit keyboard

Not all keys are working on my Logitech create keyboard on my iPad Pro 2015 model. I have the latest IOS 14.5.1 software but I now have to use my iPad virtual keyboard:

letters not working are the q, o, s, h, numbers 5 and 6

I have checked the keyboard settings in the general section and it has 3 keyboards, English (Australian), emoji and English (US) and also has an external keyboard showing the same.

Can someone give my some tips in fixing this please if it is possible thank you

Check that you have not enabled iPad Mouse Keys:

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Assertive Touch > Mouse Keys - set to OFF

If you are using an external keyboard, such as Logitech, you need to define the keyboard layout; to do so, you need to include the “external keyboard” in your iPad Settings.

It is sometimes necessary to change the external keyboard from Automatic to the explicit language/layout used by the physical keyboard.

Thank you for your reply. The mouse keys was off. I wish to enquire about what the keyboard settings that are in my iPad settings please. They currently read 3 keyboards: English (Australian), emoji & English (US). Do I need to have the external keyboard set as well? Thank you for your help. Hoping you can help me. Have a nice day.

Hello I haven’t contacted the support team as the email address I have has expired but there is a 1800 phone no on my original receipt

Thank you. I am using a create backlit keyboard with case that connects to the iPad via a magnetic smart connector so I presume that it would not be an external keyboard? Have a nice day
