Malware "DigitalEdge"

Invisibly installed under "Flash Player Update", runs as an app call "DigitalEdge".

Only find out recently as it Hijack my google search (Safari or Chrome) to Yahoo, probably sending some data out in same time?

How do I know if it has stored any data in secret, and as sent out anything? Checked all files last modified on same date 2 weeks ago?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

Malware - commonupdater Hello, I recently tried to download an online game to play on my MacBook. Unfortunately it did not work and something called 'commonupdater' downloaded with it. It seems to control the internet (redirects you away from google search engine, creates a ghost safari page on my bottom line of open apps). Malware I believe I have accidentally downloaded MacEnizer malware onto my computer and it’s behaving strangely. Like when I open Google Chrome there is a page there looks similar to its homepage but it just says Search. I’m afraid that my files and information are very compromised and I don’t know what to do. I’ve already tried dragging and dropping into the trash and it still seems to be a problem. Please Help!
