iPhone 7 Plus low storage boot loop

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writhing to ask for information about error 14.

While charging her iPhone 7 Plus my friend encountered her phone stuck in a boot loop due to low storage.

She tried to

-update via iTunes

-change the usb cable

Unfortunately, she is still getting error 14.

I would like to ask if there is any solution for this issue without losing her data.

Thank you for your response. I have tried to update my friend’s iPhone 7+ via iTunes and changing the USB cable but I continue to see error 14. Would you please, help to solve this issue.
