My iPhone 7 unable to connect to cellular network , any suggestions ?

After updating the software my phone can not be connected to the cellular network.

I understood that this particular phone ( bought in Japan 2016) has some issues that with the software.

I tried switching off and on , even removing the little card, but nothing seems to work .

Any Advice ? Thanks in advance .
