Blur text while scrolling on iphone 12

I am facing an issue in my iphone 12, whenever i scroll the text it looks blurry and it is not user friendly it puts a strain on eyes.

Due to this i am having trouble while reading the textual data on iphone.

The text looks blurry and floating even when i scroll slowly.

How pathetic is this even after paying huge amount for iphone we are getting this poor quality phones.

I need an answer for this from technical experts.

I can shut the phone off and get back in no problem.
