Apprentice Branding

Touch ID is missing from my system preferences. I uses a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018, with touch ID). My os is mac os Catalina. Any idea how to fix it ? The touch ID was working earlier, it is just now that from 1 month it's not working.
