I dropped my MAC book and now I see a white spot on the bottom left corner of the screen. The system is working fine, but should I be concerned about this spot.Will this discoloration spread on screen overtime?
Is there a way to fix this?

Based on what you mentioned and the photo you provided, it's hard to say whether the light bleeding visible in the image will increase or change over time. With the Mac being dropped, it might not be a bad idea to have it inspected by a technician to ensure that there is no other damage present. More info on that can be found in Mac Service and Repair.
