I'm sorry, but I do not think there is a direct work around. You should understand that it is the vendor's responsibility to provide updated software or drivers to work with the latest operating systems. Unless and until they do that, the software may not work. This is apparently a conversion cable which is still sold, so surely there must be a newer version of software that supports newer than Mac OS 1. Since you did not state what instrument the cable is connected to, we can not verify what software is or is not available for your device. I recommend that you recheck their available downloads and if you can't find one, then deal directly with the vendor.
