default personal vpn

I accidentally deleted my iphones default personal vpn and now its not even showing up in my settings app. Please tell me how to set it up again. when i search vpn in settings then it shows “vpn configuration” to set up a vpn. and this is not a corporate Iphone nor there is any corporate profile installed in it. its my own personal Iphone.
