Now playing app on Apple watch

Good afternoon everyone. I have a new Apple Watch series 6. When I’m watching content, movies, YouTube, twitch tv on my iPhone 12, it also shows up on my Apple Watch under the “now playing” at the top of the screen. (See pictures) I’ve gone to settings wake screen, and turned off auto launch audio apps. I’ve live chatted with Apple but don’t think they’ve understood my problem. Can anyone help. Please and thank you.

I don’t believe there is a way to turn off that feature of your Apple Watch but you can submit your feedback with this link https://www.apple.com/feedback/.
