Battery drain after update 14.5.1

i have updated my iPhone 11 to latest as 14.5.1 after this facing battery drain problem.
please help to solve this issue.

To be able to determine what a problem may be with battery consumption, you need to go to Settings>Battery and then look to see what app or apps are using the highest percentage of battery during the day and start your troubleshooting there.

Me too having the same problem, battery drain very fast. Until Previous update start from 100% when I back to bed on night would have 30% at least. But now around 5 pm need to charge again.
Mine 12Pro max
The same here with iphone 7, clean install does not change. Further updates did not solve the problem.
My iPhone 11 doesn’t hold a charge now more than 3-4 after the iOS 14.5 update. When will it get better this is ridiculous you pay for a phone you pray updates to improve but then this please help
