Hello, I have a problem with my Iphone. It keeps on flashing the apple logo. It would come on for about 10 seconds then flash a green light, then a black screen would come up for 5 seconds, then back to the apple logo for 10 seconds.

Have you tried connecting it to a Mac or PC and using Finder or iTunes to update or restore (erase) it?

I'm having the same problem described by @Mateus15 and the article: ''If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won't turn on or has frozen'' doesn't help me. My iPhone E is still flashing and irresponsive. What can I do to reset it.

Yes, I'm currently plugged in and the iPhone is still flashing and I can't see it appears in either places.

It finally synch in with the iTunes. My phone is finally open. Thank you.
