Can condensation damage my iphone?

Hi, i live in Pakistan where the climate is hot and humid, and the temperature can range between 35-42c in the summer. I bought my iphone 12 a few days ago and i want to make sure that it wont be damaged due to condensation when its in an air-con room. Today i was using it with the a/c on and i could feel the condensation on the back cover. After this i got a voice note on whatsapp but i couldn't hear the sound. This has happened the first time. After i went in another room it worked, could it be the change in temperature and condensation or is it just in my head? Your help will be highly appreciated.
