Family Sharing and Apple Watch

Hello,

I created Family Sharing and added my 2 kids, but I did not add my wife because she does not have her own Apple ID. We use my ID for all iphones and ipads. How do I create or add her to family sharing?

Also we both have Apple Watches and she sees my activity and I did not share it with her. How do I fix that?
