Apple ID for family Sharing

Hello I am setting up my kids apple watches. I am doing it under family sharing plan. Can i use my apple ID for both of there watches? Or do I need to create a new apple ID for both kid watches? (keep in my i am going to heavily monitor everything)

If you are going to set up Family Sharing, each family member should have their own Apple ID.
