In a week the battery health is dropped 2%,
the phone gets heated very fast.

The ageing process is not linear as the phone needs to recalculate. Possible this was at the end of such a calculation.
Ageing by 1% per month is not abnormal so a 6 month old phone with 94% health is perfectly normal
Have it replaced at 80%

one more thing when I AirPlay on HomePod which is connected with Apple TV,
As soon the tv is onn it plays, when the tv sleeps it disconnects. connecting issues are faced while connecting HomePod.
Yes, I totally agree on 6 month old iPhone on 94%,
but it’s showing 92%!!!
It’s been 5 days, now it’s 91%
see how fast it’s lowering.
