Ipad WiFi broken - can't restore

My computer doesnt see my ipad anymore after I went into restore mode and restarted. before that i was trying to restore my ipad but couldnt turn off 'find my ipad' because my ipad wont connect to wifi. I'm in an infinite troubleshooting loop, please help!
