Wi-Fi won’t work and allow reset up

Is it worth repairing an iPad mini 4 when Wi-Fi isn’t working if I’ve wiped the iPad? When I try to connect it to my computer it won’t identify it either, so I don’t know if I should replace it or try getting it repaired.

Check Security Software:

See if Security Software is disallowing this, by use of firewalls and trusted devices. Uninstall then Security Software from your Mac. It just gets in the way, and this is a pure example of how and why.

No Success?...

It's Time to Upgrade:

Frankly, rather than getting this repaired, I'd take this as a good reason to get a much more recent iPhone.
