The network connection was lost. An error occurred while installing the selected updates.

Mac won’t download security update 2020-004 10.14.6. It says download failed and check internet connection. My connection is fine and restarted but will not download the update. Any suggestions? Installation failed and it states to check internet. All that has been attempted and it still will not download and restart.

Would suggest downloading the Update Manually from Here. Once download - restart in Safe Mode and then run the update
