There are no settings within iCloud.com or your Apple ID account to adjust the size of the icons you see on the website. Based on that, it appears to us the issue may be related to the zoom settings for your web browser, Google Chrome. To confirm this, you can try visiting iCloud.com using another web browser, or another computer all together (if possible).
