Reminders app using excessive battery life on iOS 14.5

Since upgrading to 14.5 (then 1.4.5.1) on my iPhone 12 mini, the battery life has shortened noticeably.

I have even have completely reset and restored the phone from backup.

The Battery monitor shows the Reminders app using in excess of 60% of battery usage, despite having 1 or 2 minutes of screen time, and even turning off all Notification, Fetch New Data to manual push, Mute Notifications enabled, and all notifications on the phone to off (for Reminders).

I even tried deleting the Battery app.

The only accounts linked to it is a gmail account and the iCloud account, neither of which I can disassociate.

My iPads, also associated with my Apple ID, and also at 145.1, seem to be working fine.
